Some thoughts on the coming 'Warning' [Advisio] and the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart, with the reign of Christ in the hearts of all mankind!

I need to get these thoughts out to you. Some may disagree but they come from my heart:

I long so deeply for the Warning, especially for Christ's Peace to reign in our hearts. I also long for the re-union of the East & West Catholic Churches and a return to orthodoxy in our worship and Faith! I believe in Garabandal with all my heart & soul cause these apparitions of Our Lady have changed my life 100%. I wouldn't be a deacon today without Our Lady's kissed medal from Garabandal.

I also firmly believe in Medjugorje, especially since Our Lady told Fr. Gobbi of the Marian Movement of Priests, that she was appearing there (message #357.) In a long message, dated July 3rd, 1987, in paragraph m, Mother Mary said "Already during this Marian Year, certain great events will take place, concerning what I predicted at Fatima and have told, under secrecy, to the children to whom I am appearing at Medjugorje."

Child Jesus (detail) in two Trinities by Barto...Image via Wikipedia

Isn't it wonderful how all Our Lady's apparitions are intertwined like the seamless garment that Mary wove for the Child Jesus and grew with Him as He aged (Ven. Mary of Agreda, 'City of God'). This is the same garment that the Roman soldiers gambled for at the Crucifixion. Notice how Our Lady's apparitions have grown over the past 100 years, from once a month for one year at Fatima; thousands at Garabandal over 4 years; many thousands to the Medjugorje seers for over 25 Years.

The greatest burst of the supernatural from Almighty God in the history of the world! Surely, God is preparing us for the Reign of Christ and the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary!!!

"There will be Signs in the sun, the moon, and the stars, and on earth . . ." (Luke 21:25)

As we approach the First Sunday of Advent, the Gospel at Mass for the Day reminds us of the Warning, Miracle and Great Sign to come.

Here is a short video proclaiming the Gospel for the First Sunday in Advent:

Jesus said to his disciples: “There will be signs in the sun, the moon, and the stars, and on earth nations will be in dismay, perplexed by the roaring of the sea and the waves. People will die of fright in anticipation of what is coming upon the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. But when these signs begin to happen, stand erect and raise your heads because your redemption is at hand.

“Beware that your hearts do not become drowsy from carousing and drunkenness and the anxieties of daily life, and that day catch you by surprise like a trap. For that day will assault everyone who lives on the face of the earth. Be vigilant at all times and pray that you have the strength to escape the tribulations that are imminent and to stand before the Son of Man.”

After the Great Miracle, which will be Eucharistic, Christ will reign through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in the hearts of all mankind. Here are some insights from Mark Mallett:

The Coming of the Kingdom of God

eucharist1.jpg

THERE has been a danger in the past to see the "thousand year" reign described by St. John in Revelation as a literal reign on earth—where Christ dwells physically in person in a world-wide political kingdom, or even that the saints take global power. On this matter, the Church has been unequivocal:
The Antichrist’s deception already begins to take shape in the world every time the claim is made to realize within history that messianic hope which can only be realized beyond history through the eschatological judgment. The Church has rejected even modified forms of this falsification of the kingdom to come under the name of millenarianism, especially the "intrinsically perverse" political form of a secular messianism.Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC),n.676
We have seen forms of this "secular messianism" in the ideologies of Marxism and Communism, for example, where dictators have attempted to create a society where all are equal: equally wealthy, equally privileged, and sadly as it always turns out, equally enslaved to the government. (Once again, I wish to raise my voice in warning in the clearest possible terms: we are headed once again toward this "intrinsically perverse" political form—this time, globally.)

The subject of this writing is of a genuine coming "reign" or "era" of peace and justice, also understood by some as a "temporal kingdom" on earth. I want to explain even more clearly why this is not another modified form of the heresy Millenarianism so that the reader can feel free to embrace what I believe to be a vision of great hope anticipated by several pontiffs.
May there dawn for everyone the time of peace and freedom, the time of truth, of justice and of hope. —POPE JOHN PAUL II, Radio message during the Ceremony of Veneration, Thanksgiving and Entrustment to the Virgin Mary Theotokos in the Basilica of Saint Mary Major: Insegnamenti di Giovanni Paolo II, IV, Vatican City, 1981, 1246

AMONG YOU
In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus—speaking this time without parable—makes the nature of the Kingdom of God plain.
The coming of the Kingdom of God cannot be observed, and no one will announce, ‘Look, here it is,’ or, ‘There it is.’ For behold, the Kingdom of God is among you… is close at hand. (Luke 17:20-21; Mark 1:15)
Clearly, the Kingdom of God is spiritual in nature. St. Paul expresses that it is not a matter of carnal banquets and feasting in this temporal world:
For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of food and drink, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Rom 14:17)
Neither is the Kingdom of God a political ideology:
For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power. (1 Cor 4:20; cf. Jn 6:15)

It is "among you," Jesus said. It is to be found in the union of His believers—a union in faith, hope, and charity that is a foretaste of the eternal Kingdom.
The Church "is the Reign of Christ already present in mystery."CCC, n. 763

A NEW PENTECOST
This union is made possible through the power of the Holy Spirit. Thus, the coming of the Kingdom is the coming of the Holy Spirit who unites all believers into a communion with the Holy Trinity, even though it is not the coming of the "fullness" of the Kingdom. Hence, the coming Era of Peace is really the Second Pentecost prayed for and anticipated by several pontiffs.
…let us implore from God the grace of a new Pentecost… May tongues of fire, combining burning love of God and neighbor with zeal for the spread of Christ’s Kingdom, descend on all present! —POPE BENEDICT XVI, Homily, New York City, April 19th, 2008
Be open to Christ, welcome the Spirit, so that a new Pentecost may take place in every community! A new humanity, a joyful one, will arise from your midst; you will experience again the saving power of the Lord. —POPE JOHN PAUL II, in Latin America, 1992
The Kingdom… would be the work of the Holy Spirit; it would belong to the poor according to the Spirit… CCC, 709

THE SACRED HEART
This spiritual unity of Christians flows into and from its source: the Holy Eucharist. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the elements of bread and wine are transformed into the Body and Blood of Christ. Through the reception of the Holy Eucharist the Church is made one Body in Christ (1 Cor 10:17). Thus, one could say that the Kingdom of God is contained in, and flows from the Holy Eucharist, albeit not in its fullest expression of power, glory, and the eternal dimension. Jesus prophesies that this unity of believers is what will at last bend the world’s knees in understanding, worship, and acknowledgment that He is Lord:
…may all be one, as you, Father, are in me and I in you, that they also may be in us, that the world may believe that you sent me. (John 17:21)
Thus, the Era of Peace will be also be the universal reign of the Eucharist, that is, the reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. His Eucharistic Heart will be established as the throne of grace and mercy which will transform the world as the nations come to worship Him, receive His teaching through the Catholic Faith, and live it in their lands:
The warrior’s bow shall be banished, and he shall proclaim peace to the nations. His dominion shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth. (Zech 9:10)
The Era of Peace will transform society to such a degree that this period of justice and peace will rightly be called a "temporal kingdom" since, for a time, all will live by the rule of the Gospel.
"And they shall hear My voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd.” May God… shortly bring to fulfillment His prophecy for transforming this consoling vision of the future into a present reality… It is God’s task to bring about this happy hour and to make it known to all… When it does arrive, it will turn out to be a solemn hour, one big with consequences not only for the restoration of the Kingdom of Christ, but for the pacification of… the world. We pray most fervently, and ask others likewise to pray for this much-desired pacification of society. —POPE PIUS XI, Ubi Arcani dei Consilioi “On the Peace of Christ in his Kingdom”, December 23, 1922

TRIUMPH OF THE IMMACULATE HEART
At last, the prayer of Christ for unity, and the prayer He taught us to address to our Father will reach its fulfillment within the boundaries of time: "thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven." That is, with Satan bound in chains (Rev 20:2-3), and wickedness cleansed from the earth (Psalm 37:10; Amos 9:8-11; Rev 19:20-21), and the saints extending the priesthood of Christ to the ends of the earth (Rev 20:6; Matt 24:24), the fiat of the Woman-Mary will reach its climax in the fiat of the Woman-Church. This is the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary: to bring to birth the People of God—both Jew and Gentile—under the banner of the Cross so as to live the perfect will of the Father in a period of unparalleled sanctity.
Yes, we adore you, Lord, lifted up upon the Cross between heaven and earth, the sole Mediator of our salvation. Your Cross is the banner of our victory! We adore you, Son of the Most Holy Virgin who stands unbowed beside your Cross, courageously sharing in your redeeming sacrifice. —POPE JOHN PAUL II, Way of the Cross at the Colosseum, Good Friday, 29 March 2002
Towards the end of the world… Almighty God and His Holy Mother are to raise up great saints who will surpass in holiness most other saints as much as the cedars of Lebanon tower above little shrubs. —St. Louis de Montfort, True Devotion to Mary, Article 47
This birthing, this new era, will be brought forth out of the labor pains of the Church’s own Passion, her own "way of the Cross."
Today I would like to entrust the Lenten journey of the whole Church to the Blessed Virgin. I would particularly like to entrust the efforts of young people to her, so that they will always be ready to welcome the Cross of Christ. The sign of our salvation and the banner of final victory… —POPE JOHN PAUL II, Angelus, March 14th, 1999
This final victory which ushers in the Day of the Lord will also release a new song, The Magnificat of the Woman-Church, a wedding song that will herald the return of Jesus in glory, and the definitive coming of the eternal Kingdom of God.
At the end of time, the Kingdom of God will come in its fullness. CCC, n. 1060
If before that final end there is to be a period, more or less prolonged, of triumphant sanctity, such a result will be brought about not by the apparition of the person of Christ in Majesty but by the operation of those powers of sanctification which are now at work, the Holy Ghost and the Sacraments of the Church. The Teaching of the Catholic Church: A Summary of Catholic Doctrine (London:Burns Oates & Washbourne), p. 1140
This is our great hope and our invocation, ‘Your Kingdom come!’—a Kingdom of peace, justice and serenity, which will re-establish the original harmony of creation. —POPE JOHN PAUL II, General Audience, November 6th, 2002, Zenit

HYMN TO OUR LADY OF GARABANDAL by Rev. John Szantyr

Dear Lady of Garabandal we heard
Your message of sorrow and fear
We pilgrims have come from across the sea
To answer with penance and tears.

Chorus:
Ave, Ave Maria
A world that is selfish and blind
Beg the sweet mercy and blessings
Of Jesus on all mankind.

At Garabandal you repeat again
With Motherly love and with pain
The need of our prayers and our sacrifice
If peace in the world is to reign.
(Chorus)

Dear Lady  of Carmel we promise
To heed every word and obey
And visit the Most Blessed Sacrament
Where Jesus awaits us each day.
(Chorus)

FOURTH GREAT EVENT: THE CHASTISEMENT

Nights of Screams
In 1962, one year after the apparitions began,
at the time of the feast of Corpus Christi (June 21),
the visionaries had visions of the future
Warning and Chastisement.
They began screaming fearfully during
the Nights of the Screams.
Loli and Jacinta bracketed the
"Noches de los Gritos" with two messages;
the first dated June 19 and the last June 23.
In simple childlike expressions
they repeated what the Virgin Mary told them.

The Virgin told us:
That we do not expect the Chastisement;
That without expecting it, it will come;
Since the world has not changed,
And she has already told us twice;
And we do not pay attention to her.
Since the world is getting worse,
And it should change very much,
And it has not changed at all,
Prepare yourself. Confess,
Because the Chastisement will come soon.
And the world continues the same...
I tell you this:
That the world continues the same.
How unfortunate that it does not change!
Soon will come a very great Chastisement,
If it does not change.
María Delores Mazón
Jacinta González

The Virgin has told us:
That the world continues the same, that it has not changed at all;
That few will see God; so few they are, that it is causing the Virgin great sorrow.
How unfortunate that the world does not change!
The Virgin has told us that the Chastisement is coming.
As the world is not changing, the cup is filling up.
How sorrowful is the Virgin, although she does not allow us to see it.
Since the Virgin loves us so much, she suffers alone, since she is so good.
Everyone be good, so that the Virgin will be happy!
She has told us that those who are good should pray for those who are evil.
Yes, we should pray to God for the world, for those who do not know Him.
Be good, be very good.

FROM MARK MALLETT: END TIMES, NOT THE END OF THE WORLD

Benedict, and the End of the World

PopePlane.jpg

WHEN the Lord inspired me to begin this writing apostolate, I had no idea that it would blossom into several hundred writings read regularly now by thousands throughout the world. With Christmas, the feast of Christ’s coming just around the corner, this seems like a good time to collect some of the central thoughts scattered throughout this website for the sake of new readers, or those still trying to grasp the larger picture presented here. (First published December 18th, 2008).

For the second time in his pontificate, Pope Benedict XVI has made a point of saying that Christ’s coming as Judge and the end of the world are not "near" as some suggest; that certain events must come first before He returns for the Final Judgment.
Paul himself, in his Letter to the Thessalonians, tells us that nobody can know the moment of the Lord’s coming and warns us against any alarm that Christ’s return might be at hand. —POPE BENEDICT XVI, December 14th, 2008, Vatican City
So this is where I will start…

END TIMES, NOT THE END OF THE WORLD
Since the Ascension, Christ’s coming in glory has been imminent, even though "it is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has fixed by his own authority." This eschatological coming could be accomplished at any moment, even if both it and the final trial that will precede it are "delayed". —Catechism of the Catholic Church, n. 673
In a General audience on November 12th, 2008, the Holy Father explains what exactly is "delaying" this coming:
…before the Lord’s arrival there will be apostasy, and one well described as the "man of lawlessness", "the son of perdition" must be revealed, who tradition would come to call the Antichrist. —POPE BENEDICT XVI, St. Peter’s Square; his remarks are a reiteration of St. Paul’s warning in 2 Thessalonians 2 on the return of Christ.
The Early Church Fathers—voices who helped reveal and pass on apostolic Tradition, often with teaching which came directly from the Apostles or their direct successors—give us further light as to the sequence of events prior to Christ’s final return. Essentially, it is such:
  • This present era ends in a period of lawlessness and apostasy, culminating in the "lawless one"—Antichrist (2 Thess 2:1-4).
  • He is destroyed by the "coming" of Jesus (2 Thess 2:8) along with those who accepted the mark of the Beast (a judgment of the living;Rev 19:20-21); Satan is then chained for a "thousand years" (Rev 20:2) as God establishes a reign of peace (Isaiah 24:21-23)punctuated by the resurrection of the martyrs (Rev 20:4).
  • At the end of this period of peace, Satan is loosed from the abyss for a brief period, a final unleashing against the Bride of Christ through "Gog and Magog," the nations Satan deceives in a final uprising (Rev 20:7-10).
  • Fire falls from heaven to consume them (Rev 20:9); the devil is thrown into the lake of fire where the Antichrist—the Beast—had already been cast (Rev 20:10) ushering in the resurrection of the dead and the Final Judgment (Rev 20:11-15), and the consummation of the elements (1 Pt 3:10), making way for a "new heavens and a new earth" (Rev 21:1-4).
This sequence of events prior to Christ’s return as Judge is found in the writings of several early Church Fathers and ecclesiastical writers:
…when His Son will come and destroy the time of the lawless one and judge the godless, and change the sun and the moon and the stars—then He shall indeed rest on the seventh day… after giving rest to all things, I will make the beginning of the eighth day, that is, the beginning of another world. Letter of Barnabas (70-79 A.D.), written by a second century Apostolic Father
Therefore, the Son of the most high and mighty God… shall have destroyed unrighteousness, and executed His great judgment, and shall have recalled to life the righteous, who… will be engaged among men a thousand years, and will rule them with most just command… Also the prince of devils, who is the contriver of all evils, shall be bound with chains, and shall be imprisoned during the thousand years of the heavenly rule… Before the end of the thousand years the devil shall be loosed afresh and shall assemble all the pagan nations to make war against the holy city… "Then the last anger of God shall come upon the nations, and shall utterly destroy them" and the world shall go down in a great conflagration. —4th century Ecclesiastical writer, Lactantius, "The Divine Institutes"The ante-Nicene Fathers, Vol 7, p. 211
St. Augustine provided four interpretations of the "thousand year" period. The one most commonly quoted today is that it refers to the period since the resurrection of Christ until now. However, that was just one interpretation, likely made popular in countering the heresy of millenarianism at the time. In light of what has been said by several Church Fathers, one of Augustine’s other interpretations is perhaps more suited:
Those who, on the strength of this passage [of Revelation 20:1-6], have suspected that the first resurrection is future and bodily, have been moved, among other things, specially by the number of a thousand years, as if it were a fit thing that the saints should thus enjoy a kind of Sabbath-rest during that period, a holy leisure after the labors of six thousand years since man was created… (and) there should follow on the completion of six thousand years, as of six days, a kind of seventh-day Sabbath in the succeeding thousand years; and that it is for this purpose the saints rise, viz.; to celebrate the Sabbath. And this opinion would not be objectionable, if it were believed that the joys of the saints in that Sabbath shall be spiritual, and consequent on the presence of God… —De Civitate Dei [The City of God], Catholic University of America Press, Bk XX, Ch. 7
This apostolic tradition is further illuminated by approved private revelation. The "seventh day", the "thousand years of heavenly rule" was prophesied by the Blessed Virgin in Fatima when she promised that her Immaculate Heart would triumph and the world would be granted a "period of peace." Thus, Jesus dictated to St. Faustina that the world is now living in an important time of grace:
Let all mankind recognize My unfathomable mercy. It is a sign for the end times; after it will come the day of justice. —Diary of St. Faustina, Divine Mercy in My Soul, n. 848
One of the main streams of thought on this website is the teaching that the Body—the Church—will follow Christ its Head through its own Passion. In this regard, I wrote a series of reflections calledThe Seven Year Trial which incorporates the above thinking of the Church Fathers with the Catechism, the Book of Revelation, approved private revelation, and the inspirations which came to me through prayer, correlating it all according to the Passion of Our Lord.

WHAT TIME IS IT?
So where is this generation at in this sequence of cosmic events? Jesus instructed us to watch the signs of the times so that we would be better prepared for His coming. But not just His coming: preparation also for the arrival of false prophets, persecution, an Antichrist, and other tribulations. Yes, Jesus commanded us to watch and pray so that we would be able to remain faithful during the "final trial" that would come.
Based on what I’ve mentioned above, but particularly on the words of Pope John Paul II, Paul VI, Leo XIII, Pius X and other pontiffs who’ve all referred to our times in apocalyptic language, our generation is certainly a candidate for the possible arrival of the "lawless one." This conclusion I have detailed, of course, in a number of writings on this site.
What is my mission? In part, it is to better prepare you for these trials. However, my ultimate goal is to prepare you, not for the Antichrist, but for Jesus Christ! For the Lord is near, and He desires to enter your heart now. If you open wide your heart to Jesus, then you are already beginning to live in the Kingdom of God, and the sufferings of this present time will seem as nothing compared to the glory you will taste now, and which awaits you in eternity.
There are fearful things written in these "blogs". And should they awaken you and drive you to the feet of Christ, then that is a good thing. I would sooner see you in Heaven with trembling knees than know you went into everlasting flames because you were asleep in sin. But even better if you come to the Lord in trust and hope, recognizing His infinite love and mercy for you. Jesus is not someone "way out there", a cruel judge hastening to sentence you, but He is near… a Brother and Friend, standing as it were at the door of your heart. If you open it, He will begin to whisper His divine secrets to you, putting this world and all its trappings in their proper context, and bestowing upon you the World to come, in this life, and the next.
Every Christian discussion of the last things, called eschatology, always starts with the event of the Resurrection; in this event the last things have already begun and, in a certain sense, are already present.  —POPE BENEDICT XVI, General Audience, November 12th, 2008, Vatican City
‘The Lord is near’. This is the reason for our joy. —POPE BENEDICT XVI, December 14th, 2008, Vatican City

THIRD GREAT EVENT: THE SIGN

The Sign
(The third of the Great Events prophesied at Garabandal)

•Noah’s Ark was the sign God sent before the deluge.

•Before the Chastisement, God will place a Sign at the Pines in Garabandal.
•It will be able to be seen, televised and photographed.
•It will be able to be touched but not felt.
•The Sign will remain in Garabandal until the end of time, a lasting supernatural monument, proclaiming peace or punishment, depending on mankind’s choice of amendment or sin.

Garabandal is the Hope of Mankind, not the Movie '2012'

Theologian Authors New Book on the Catholic Perspective of "2012" and End-Times Prophecy

New Hollywood Movie ‘2012’ Causes Increase in End-Times Speculation; The Catholic Church Uniquely Has Divine Insight into Apocalyptic Events; Apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary Prophecy That Apocalyptic Events Are Imminent; And That There Will Soon Be a Great Renewal of the World.

November 19, 2009 - Cumming, GA - As Hollywood dramatizes another disaster movie blockbuster with ‘2012’, many Catholics believe that the world is about to experience the real events of the fulfillment of the apocalyptic prophesies. The Catholic perspective of the end-times prophesies is discussed in a new book by Catholic theologian, Dr. Kelly Bowring. According to his book,
“The Secrets, Chastisement, and Triumph of the Two Hearts of Jesus & Mary”, the Catholic Church has regarded end-times prophecies as authentic and many Catholics acknowledge that we are likely now living in the times of their fulfillment. But, the Catholic perspective of the fulfillment of Apocalyptic events is not one that thinks the world will soon end, but one that promises a great new beginning and an era of peace, which will occur through a global purification and great apocalyptic battle of good vs. evil. His book is the only one in recent decades on the sensitive and sometimes controversial subject of heavenly prophecy to receive official Catholic Church recognition. It was granted the Imprimatur from the highly-regarded Catholic Cardinal and Archbishop, Ricardo Vidal, of the Philippines.
The Catholic Church bases its apocalyptic prophesies not on mere guessing and speculation, but, instead, on claims from a heavenly source, that is, from various recent apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In these heavenly messages given to various visionaries, which include places like at Fatima (1917), La Salette (1840s) and reportedly today at Medjugorje (in former Yugoslavia), Catholics believe Mary has come to warn her children that humanity is about to suffer an increase in natural and manmade disasters, a great apostasy, and God’s justice and divine wrath, due to the increase of sin in the world today. In his new book, Dr. Bowring points out how Catholics see the "Woman" of the Book of Revelation (chapter 12) as referring to the Blessed Virgin Mary, and St. John the Apostle, who is the author of Revelation, as indicating that she would have a significant role in the great Battle against the Dragon of the Apocalypse as humanity approaches the time of the Apocalypse. And now in our times, Mary is coming from Heaven as the Prophetess of Revelation to warn humanity of the great cosmic battle and divine purification to come. Mary is coming to call her spiritual children to change their lives, return to God, and offer prayers and sacrifices so that some of God’s just wrath may be averted while there is still time.
Like those doomsday predictions in the new movie ‘2012’, the heavenly warnings Catholics are receiving from the Blessed Mother are related to the Book of Revelation and on the level of the Apocalypse and Armageddon. To a Catholic nun at Akita, Japan, in the 1970s, the Blessed Virgin stated, in a Catholic Church-approved apparition
“As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge (Noah’s Flood), such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead.” Mary has indicated that God is about to fulfill this prophecy, that the cup is now flowing over.
According to Dr. Bowring, Catholics understand the Blessed Mother has been sent by God today from Heaven to warn all humanity and also to offer us hope. In reported Marian apparitions from Garabandal, Spain, which took place in the 1960s, the Blessed Mother said that before the time of the divine chastisement, God will first send two great signs of His mercy to warn humanity. The first will be a world-wide Warning. Every person on earth will find themselves all alone in the world no matter where they are at the time, alone with their conscience right before God. They will then see all their sins and what their sins have caused. The purpose of the Warning will be to wake us up and call us to repent of our sins. Second, and within a year of the Warning, God will send a Great Miracle that will include a permanent Sign of His presence and mercy. The purpose of the Miracle is to show us the love God has for us and to convert the whole world. Then the apocalyptic events will follow soon afterward, according to Catholic prophecy.

Whether these apocalyptic events will occur in 2012, as the Mayans believed, or not, the Catholic perspective is that they will occur in this generation and soon. Perhaps God is trying to warn us in every way He can: possibly through other religions like the Mayans, possibly through Hollywood movies like ‘2012’, and certainly even more directly through His own Mother as sent directly from Heaven. One thing is for certain, according to Dr. Bowring in his new book, and as many Catholics agree, our heavenly Mother is warning all who will listen, the times of the apocalypse are upon us, and they will lead us to the great era of peace as Our Lady of Fatima promised.

SECOND GREAT EVENT: THE MIRACLE

The Miracle
(The second of the Great Events prophesied at Garabandal)

Conchita has declared:
•The Virgin told me that God was going to perform a great Miracle and that there would be no doubt about the fact that it was a miracle.
•It will come directly from God with no human intervention.
•A day will come and she told me the day, the month and the year so I know the exact date. It is coming soon but I can't reveal it until eight days before the date.
•I am not permitted to say exactly what is going to happen. What I can reveal is that the Virgin said that everyone who would be there on that day would see it.
•The sick who are there will be cured no matter what their disease or religion. However, they have to be there.
•The Virgin said that everyone present would believe. They would see that this was coming directly from God.
•All sinners present would be converted.
•She also said that you would be able to take pictures and televise it.
•Also, from that moment on there would be a permanent sign at the pines that everyone will be able to see and touch but not feel.
•And this sign will remain until the end of time.
•It seems so near when I think that people are not living the Message, because after the Miracle there may come the punishment.
•To be complete, there must be the Warning and the Miracle. It is all one message.
•The Virgin told me of it and made me understand exactly what it will be. Even if I tried to explain it I wouldn't be able to do it well. It is better that you wait and see it.

FIRST GREAT EVENT: "THE WARNING"

The Warning
(The first of the Great Events prophesied at Garabandal)

The main visionary Conchita has declared:
•The Warning is a thing that comes directly from God and will be visible throughout the entire world in whatever place anyone might be.
•The Warning will be like a revelation of our sins and it will be seen and experienced equally by believers and non-believers and people of any religion whatsoever.
•The Warning is like a purification for the Miracle.
•And it is a sort of a catastrophe. It will make us think of the dead, that is, we would prefer to be dead rather than to experience the Warning.
•The Warning is something supernatural and will not be explained by science.
•It will be seen and felt.
•The Warning will be a correction of the conscience of the world.
•For those who do not know Christ, they will believe it is a Warning from God.
•The most important thing about that day is that everyone in the whole world will see a sign, a grace, or a punishment within themselves, in other words, a Warning.
•They will find themselves all alone in the world no matter where they are at the time, alone with their conscience right before God.
•They will then see all their sins and what their sins have caused.
•We will all feel it differently because it will depend on our conscience. The Warning will be very personal, therefore, we will all react differently to it.
•The most important thing will be to recognize our own sins and the bad consequences of them.
•Your experience of the Warning will be different from mine because your sins are different from mine.
•This will be a Warning to see what you have done with your sins.
•It will be like a purification before the Miracle to see if with the Warning and Miracle we will be converted.
•The Virgin told me that before the Miracle, God will be sending us a Warning so as to purify us or prepare us to see the Miracle and in this way we may draw enough grace to change our lives toward God.
•It is a phenomenon which will be seen and felt in all the world and everywhere; I have always given as an example that of two stars that collide.
•This phenomenon will not cause physical damage, but it will horrify us because at that very moment we will see our souls and the harm we have done.
•It will be as though we were in agony but we will not die by its effects but perhaps we will die of fright or shock to see ourselves.
•No one will have doubts of it being from God, and of its not being human.
•I who know what it is, am very much afraid of that day.
•The Virgin told us that the Warning and Miracle will be the last warnings or public manifestations that God will give us. This is why I believe that after them we will be near the end of time.
•To me it's like two stars that crash and make a lot of noise and a lot of light but they don't fall down.
•It's something that's not going to hurt us but we're going to see it.
•In that moment, we're going to see our conscience. You're going to see everything wrong that you're doing and the good you're not doing.

The visionary Loli stated:
•Everyone will experience it wherever they may be, regardless of their condition or their knowledge of God. It will be an interior personal experience. It will look as if the world has come to a standstill, however, no one will be aware of that as they will be totally absorbed in their own experience.
•It is going to be something like an interior feeling of sorrow and pain for having offended God. God will help us to see clearly the harm we are causing Him and all the evil things we do. He will help us to sense this interior pain because often when we do something wrong we just ask the Lord's forgiveness with our lips, but now (through the Warning) He will help us sense physically that deep sorrow.

The visionary Jacinta stated:
•The Warning is something that is first seen in the air everywhere in the world and immediately is transmitted into the interior of our souls. It will last for a very little time, but it will seem a very long time because of its effect within us. It will be for the good of our souls, in order to see in ourselves our conscience, the good and the bad that we've done.

Great New Book On Marian Apparitions Including Garabandal

Catholics Agree With Prophecies Contained in The ‘2012’ Mayan Prophecy and New Hollywood Movie

d of the World’ As We Know It.

(PRWEB) November 13, 2009 -- As Hollywood dramatizes another disaster movie blockbuster with ‘2012’, many Catholics believe that the world is about to experience the real events of the fulfillment of the apocalyptic prophesies. The Catholic perspective of the end-times prophesies is discussed in a new book by Catholic theologian, Dr. Kelly Bowring. According to his book, “The Secrets, Chastisement, and Triumph of the Two Hearts of Jesus & Mary”, (http://www.TwoHeartsPress.com) which has received official Church recognition with an Imprimatur from a Catholic Cardinal, Archbishop Ricardo Vidal, the Catholic Church has regarded end-times prophecies as authentic and many Catholics acknowledge that we are likely now living in the times of their fulfillment.

The Catholic Church bases its apocalyptic prophesies (http://www.TwoHeartsPress.com) not on mere guessing and speculation, but, instead, on claims from a heavenly source, that is, from various recent apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In these heavenly messages given to various visionaries, which include places like at Fatima (1917), La Salette (1840s) and reportedly today at Medjugorje (in former Yugoslavia), Catholics believe Mary has come to warn her children that humanity is about to suffer an increase in natural disasters, a great apostasy, and God’s justice and divine wrath, due to the increase of sin in the wo

rld today.

Like those doomsday predictions (http://www.TwoHeartsPress.com) in the movie ‘2012’, the divine warnings Catholics believe they are receiving from the Blessed Mother are related to the Book of Revelation and on the level of the Apocalypse and Armageddon. To a Catholic nun at Akita, Japan, in the 1970s, the Blessed Virgin stated, in a Catholic Church-approved apparition: “As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity.

Bowring (http://www.TwoHeartsPress.com), Catholics believe that the Blessed Mother has been sent by God today from Heaven to warn all humanity and also to offer us hope. In reported Marian apparitions from Garabandal, Spain in the 1960s, the Blessed Mother said that before the time of the divine chastisement, God will first send two great signs of His mercy to warn humanity. Then the apocalyptic events will follow soon afterward, according to Catholi

c prophecy.

Whether these apocalyptic events will occur in 2012 (http://www.TwoHeartsPress.com) or not, the Catholic perspective is that they will occur in this generation and soon. Perhaps God is trying to warn us in every way He can: possibly through other religions like the Mayans, possibly through Hollywood movies like 2012, and possibly even more directly through His own Mother sent from Heaven as many Catholics believe. One thing is for certain, according to Dr. Bowring in his new book (http://www.TwoHeartsPress.com), and as Catholics agree, as our heavenly Mother is warning, the times of the apocalypse are upon us.

SECOND FORMAL MESSAGE

Second Message
(June 18, 1965)
•The Angel said:
•As my message of October 18 has not been fulfilled, and has not been made known to the world, I tell you that this is the last.
•Before, the cup was filling up; now it is overflowing.
•The PRIESTS: Many are on the road to perdition, and with them they are taking many more souls.
•The EUCHARIST: It is being given less and less importance.
•With your own efforts, you should avoid the wrath of the Good God.
•If you ask pardon with a sincere heart, He will forgive you.
•I, your Mother, through the intercession of the Archangel St. Michael, want to tell you to amend your lives.
•You are in the last warnings!
•I love you very much and do not want your condemnation.
•Ask us sincerely, and we will give what you ask.
•You should sacrifice yourself more.
•Think of the passion of Jesus.

After the Great Miracle at Garabandal, will these Prophecies Mark Mallett writes about come true? I believe so!

The Coming Dominion of the Church

A Mustard Tree

IN Evil, Too, Has a Name, I wrote that the goal of Satan is to collapse civilization into his hands, into a structure and system rightly called "a beast." This is what St. John the Evangelist described in a vision he received where this beast causes "all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave" to be forced into a system whereby they cannot buy or sell anything without a "mark" (Rev 13:16-17). The prophet Daniel also saw a vision of this beast similar to St. John’s (Dan 7:-8) and interpreted a dream of King Nebuchadnezzar in which this beast was seen as a statue made up of different materials, symbolic of different kings who form alliances. The context for all of these dreams and visions, while having dimensions of fulfillment in the prophet’s own time, is also for the future:
Understand, O son of man, that the vision is for the time of the end. (Dan 8:17)
A time when, after the beast is destroyed, God will establish His spiritual kingdom to the ends of the earth.

While you looked at the statue, a stone which was hewn from a mountain without a hand being put to it, struck its iron and tile feet, breaking them in pieces… In the lifetime of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed or delivered up to another people; rather, it shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and put an end to them, and it shall stand forever. That is the meaning of the stone you saw hewn from the mountain without a hand being put to it, which broke in pieces the tile, iron, bronze, silver, and gold. (Dan 2:34, 44-45)
Both Daniel and St. John elucidate further on the identity of this beast as a conglomeration of ten kings, which is then divided when another king rises out of them. Several Church Fathers have understood this solitary king to be the Antichrist who emerges from a reformed Roman Empire.
"The Beast”, that is, the Roman empire. —Venerable John Henry Newman, Advent Sermons on Antichrist, Sermon III, The Religion of Antichrist
But again, this beast is defeated…
…his dominion shall be taken away… (Dan 7:26)
…and given to the saints of God:
Then the kingship and dominion and majesty of all the kingdoms under the heavens shall be given to the holy people of the Most High, whose kingdom shall be everlasting: all dominions shall serve and obey him… I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast or its image nor had accepted its mark on their foreheads or hands. They came to life and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. (Dan 7:27; Rev 20:4)
However, if we understand the Early Church Fathers correctly, the vision of these prophets pertains not to the everlasting kingdom at the end of the world, but to a dominion within time and history, a kingdom reigning universally in the hearts of men:
We do confess that a kingdom is promised to us upon the earth, although before heaven, only in another state of existence; inasmuch as it will be after the resurrection for a thousand years in the divinely-built city of Jerusalem… —Tertullian (155–240 A.D.), Nicene Church Father; Adversus Marcion, Ante-Nicene Fathers, Henrickson Publishers, 1995, Vol. 3, pp. 342-343)
A man among us named John, one of Christ’s Apostles, received and foretold that the followers of Christ would dwell in Jerusalem for a thousand years, and that afterwards the universal and, in short, everlasting resurrection and judgment would take place. —St. Justin Martyr, Dialogue with Trypho, Ch. 81, The Fathers of the Church, Christian Heritage

THE BLOSSOMING KINGDOM
Through Christ’s resurrection and ascension into Heaven, His kingdom was established:
Being seated at the Father’s right hand signifies the inauguration of the Messiah’s kingdom, the fulfillment of the prophet Daniel’s vision concerning the Son of man: "To him was given dominion and glory and kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed" (cf. Dan 7:14). After this event the apostles became witnesses of the "kingdom [that] will have no end". —Catechism of the Catholic Church, n. 644
And yet, Christ taught us to pray, "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven…" That is, the kingdom has been inaugurated, but not yet fully established on earth. Jesus explains this in parables whereby He compares the kingdom to a seed planted in the ground, which does not spring up instantly:
…first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. (Mark 4:28)

And again,
To what shall we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable can we use for it? It is like a mustard seed that, when it is sown in the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on the earth. But once it is sown, it springs up and becomes the largest of plants and puts forth large branches, so that the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade. (Mark 4:30-32)

HEAD AND BODY
Daniel 7:14 says there came one "like a son of man… to him was given dominion." This was fulfilled in Christ. But then, in seeming contradiction, Daniel 7:27 says that this dominion was given to "the holy people" or "saints."
The dignity of all mankind is restored through this son of man’s triumph over the beasts. This figure, as we will discover later, stands for "the people of the saints of the Most High" (7:27), that is, faithful Israel. —The Navarre Bible Texts and Commentaries, The Major Prophets, footnote p. 843
This is not a contradiction in the least. Christ reigns in Heaven, butwe are His Body. What the Father bestows upon the Head, He bestows also upon the Body. The Head and the Body form the whole "son of man." Just as we complete what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ (Col 1:24), so too, we share in the triumph of Christ. He will be our judge, and yet, we will also judge with him (Rev 3:21). Thus, the Body of Christ shares in the establishment of the kingdom of God to the ends of the earth.
This gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, as a testimony to all nations; and then the end will come. (Matt 24:14)
The Catholic Church, which is the kingdom of Christ on earth, [is] destined to be spread among all men and all nations… —POPE PIUS XI, Quas Primas, Encyclical, n. 12, Dec. 11th, 1925

TEMPORAL KINGDOM
Jesus reminded His Apostles that His kingdom was not of this world (John 18:36). So how do we understand the coming dominion of the Church during a "thousand year" reign, or Era of Peace as it is more frequently called? It is a spiritual reign in whichall nations will obey the Gospel.
Those who on the strength of this passage [Rev 20:1-6], have suspected that the first resurrection is future and bodily, have been moved, among other things, specially by the number of a thousand years, as if it were a fit thing that the saints should thus enjoy a kind of Sabbath-rest during that period, a holy leisure after the labors of six thousand years since man was created… (and) there should follow on the completion of six thousand years, as of six days, a kind of seventh-day Sabbath in the succeeding thousand years… And this opinion would not be objectionable, if it were believed that the joys of the saints, in that Sabbath, shall be spiritual, and consequent on the presence of God… —St. Augustine of Hippo (354-430 A.D.; Church Doctor), De Civitate Dei, Bk. XX, Ch. 7, Catholic University of America Press
It is a spiritual era in which the Divine Will of God will reign "on earth as it is in Heaven."
Here it is foretold that his kingdom will have no limits, and will be enriched with justice and peace: "in his days shall justice spring up, and abundance of peace…And he shall rule from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth"… When once men recognize, both in private and in public life, that Christ is King, society will at last receive the great blessings of real liberty, well-ordered discipline, peace and harmony… for with the spread and the universal extent of the kingdom of Christ men will become more and more conscious of the link that binds them together, and thus many conflicts will be either prevented entirely or at least their bitterness will be diminished. —POPE PIUS XI, Quas Primas, n. 8, 19; Dec. 11th, 1925
…then at length will many evils be cured; then will the law regain its former authority; peace with all its blessings be restored. Men will sheathe their swords and lay down their arms when all freely acknowledge and obey the authority of Christ, and every tongue confesses that the Lord Jesus Christ is in the glory of God the Father. —POPE LEO XIII, Annum Sanctum, May 25th, 1899
Pius XI and Leo XIII, speaking in the name of all their predecessors since St. Peter, present a vision long prophesied in Sacred Scripture, promised by Christ, and echoed among the Church Fathers: that the Church will one day enjoy a temporal reign of peace and harmony throughout the entire world, in…
...the vastness of the regions which have yet to be subjected to the sweet and saving yoke of our King. —POPE PIUS XI, Quas Primas, n. 3; Dec. 11th, 1925
While it will be "a kingdom that shall never be destroyed or delivered up to another people," it too is "not of this world"—not a political kingdom. And since it is a reign within the boundaries of time, and men’s freedom to choose evil will remain, it is a period in which its influence, but not its essence, will come to an end.
When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison. He will go out to deceive the nations at the four corners of the earth… (Rev 20-7-8)
This final upheaval will occur only after the Era has served its primary purpose: to bring the Gospel to the very ends of the earth. Then, and only then, will the everlasting and permanent kingdom of God reign in a New Heavens and a New Earth.
The kingdom will be fulfilled, then, not by a historic triumph of the Church through a progressive ascendancy, but only by God’s victory over the final unleashing of evil, which will cause his Bride to come down from heaven. God’s triumph over the revolt of evil will take the form of the Last Judgment after the final cosmic upheaval of this passing world. —CCC, 677
