WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 1965:

THE VIRGIN OF MOUNT CARMEL'S
LAST LOCUTION TO CONCHITA
We do not know for sure if Conchita was granted a last locution or not on that day. To us, that appears very probable, because of the very particular context of this December 8, 1965, date of the Closure of the Council of Vatican II, but also because the visionary, then boarder at the College of Burgos, will tell in 1966 to Sister Maria Nieves Garcia that "until now, every December 8, I had either an apparition or a locution from the Blessed Virgin."
[Excerpt from 'Garabandal' Book, page 203]

And so the supernatural events of Garabandal are winding down, and now begins the times of sufferings for the girls. But not all suffering, cause like us, there are times of joy too; like a marriage, a new baby, travel, birthday parties, baptisms, etc., etc. We all have our ups
and downs in life. But because of the unique state of life the girls lived, I believe their sufferings would be greater than most people, remember Our Lady promised them that they would go to heaven.
Well, read the lives of the Saints and see how much they suffered to get there!

One thing I remember constantly is that Our Lady said that those who wear the kissed objects would serve their purgatory here on earth, well I'm sure the girls know that and do wear a kissed object.
I do! I wear a Brown Scapular which has a kissed relic from Garabandal embedded in it and I never take my Scapular off!!!

  2. Hi Celin, As far as the Brown Scapular I wear, it was a gift, handmade by a friend (RIP). You can get a kissed medal from http://www.garabandal.us/ and wear it along with a blessed Brown Scapular. Then you will be doubly blessed!

  3. Dear Deacon, Just this past January I completed my total dedication to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate of Mary. I was raised in the Episcopal church; began Catholic at age 20; had a 5day "conversion" that led me to the reality that Jesus really is the Son of God at age 28. Now at age 64, I have found myself drawn into The Sons of the Divine Will; moving into a relationship with the Virgin Mary and just recently found and cleaned a beautiful oval metal with the picture of Mary holding the Christ child and a long scapular and a cloth or paper relic enclosed in the back side with the words BESADO POR LA STMA VIRGEN GARABANDAL. I put it on with my cross and found my way into the computer to look up Garabandal and read for hours yesterday. The metal seems to be puter with a gold or brass trim...my spiritual life is moving deeper again.... Can you tell me anything about what I am wearing? I have no desire to ever remove it from the chain. Thanks,Margaret Sue (just one of His sheep)

  4. Hi Margaret, Yes, you have one of the "kissed objects", a relic from Garabandal. The Spanish words mean "Kissed by the Blessed Virgin at Garabandal." Our Lady promised that Jesus would perform prodigy's through the "kissed objects." I think you are one of the miracles!
    Blessings+
