Jacinta of Garabandal and Her Vision of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is the topic of this video. Of all the visions that Jacinta Gonzalez had in Garabandal, one stands out over all the rest; her vision of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. While the other three girls were in ecstasy seeing Saint Michael, Jacinta was seeing Jesus. He was about ten feet away standing on a small, white cloud slightly above the ground. He was incomparably beautiful; "the handsomest of men" as Jacinta said. He wore a white robe with a red outer garment that hung diagonally down across His body from the right shoulder. His heart, exposed off-center to His left, was a brilliant red with rays of both white and gold streaming from it. With His left hand, he pointed to His heart and with His right, He beckoned the girl to come. His entire body gave off brilliant rays that surpassed in brightness the subsequent appearances of Our Lady. The vision was set against a cloud-like background. What most impressed Jacinta was the infinite love that seemed to radiate from Jesus' gaze, penetrating her heart, and His gestures that seemed to invite her and all mankind to enter into His Sacred Heart. On December 23, 1978, Jacinta was interviewed by Father Francis Benac at her home in California.

In his book A Message of Hope, José Luis Saavedra tells us that the messages of Our Lady in Garabandal are an “urgent exhortation.” In a clear and simple way, the new message reaffirms the content of the first one: “It is necessary to make many sacrifices, many penances, and to visit the Blessed Sacrament.” The Eucharist also has a central place: the apparitions already emphasized it through the daily mystical communions of the visionaries. The second message asked that the Eucharist receive greater attention in the Church, since sadly “the Eucharist has less and less importance.” The recent Magisterium also highlights this: “The Church lives by the Eucharist” (words of Saint John Paul II). Many other points contained in the message of Garabandal are aligned with the recent doctrine of the Church. Along with the Eucharist, the message insists on: – The need to do penance: “We must sacrifice more.” – Meditation, especially on the Gospel: “Think of the Passion of Jesus.” – The seriousness of sin and the need for repentance: “Ask us sincerely and we will give it to you.” – The importance of prayer: “Ask, with constant prayer.” The message is an authentic exhortation to conversion: “I, your Mother, through the intercession of the angel Saint Michael, want to tell you to make amends.” Once again, Our Lady appears as a Mother. And her message is one of penance and conversion.

Summary

• The events at Garabandal were surely of supernatural origin because the miracles that happened there cannot be explained by any other means.
• They were surely of heavenly and not demonic origin because of the clear respect for the Eucharist, the Rosary, proper authority in the Church, and the lives of Christian witness of the visionaries.
• The fact that Garabandal has more miracles than all other apparition sites is an indication that we should take its message very seriously and respond to it with urgency.
• The message of Garabandal is basically that of the Gospel: repent and believe, be devoted to the Eucharist and to prayer.

Kelly’s "Walk" starts when the high school Spanish teacher travels to Spain seeking adventure. A man sipping wine in a bar greets him, "Americano, you're late. A few years ago the foreigners poured through here to watch the strange reactions of four little girls who claimed visits from an angel and the Virgin Mary."

Kelly samples the food and wine and moves on to Pamplona where avoiding being gored by the bulls chases away all thoughts of little levitated mountain girls. Back home he learns that the Vatican takes seriously the predictions of a future horrifying warning for everyone in the world, followed in the village by the greatest miracle in history at which the sick will be cured. Conchita confirms to a BBC interviewer, “that if the conditional punishment follows, it would be better that her children had never been born.”

The author returns the next summer and fourteen more times to live more than four years total in the area. He listens to eyewitness relive what they had seen and heard and felt during the apparitions and gets to know the visionaries. He shows how the attractive twenty-two year old Conchita is even more fascinating living incognito as “Maria” in Barcelona.

In February 2018, the first movie on the happenings opened and has people all over Spain talking about Garabandal. The movie is projected to open in the U.S. before the end of the year. We are living in the end times.

Ann Ellison ____________________________________ The Prophecies of Garabandal   If there was time, I could spend hours telling about the events surrounding the Eucharist and the Priesthood, but now we must move on to another very important aspect of the Apparitions of Garabandal.  And that is the extraordinary Prophecies of Garabandal, which are most pertinent for these times in which we are now living!   FIRST, let's clear up this matter of the ‘Three Popes!’  Our Lady’s told Conchita that there would be 4 more Popes,  then would come the end of the times as we know them.  She was not counting one of the Popes because of his short reign. Conchita’s mother was very upset with this prophecy because, as a very devout Catholic, she didn’t think that Our Lady would discount any Pope because once a Pope, always a Pope.  So, she told Conchita she could not say anything about four Popes, but only that there would be 3 more Popes and then would come the end of the times as we know them.  That still brings us to Pope Francis.  There was Pope St. Paul VI, Pope John Paul I, (whom Our Lady was not counting), Pope St. John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI.  Many people misunderstood Our Lady and thought She was talking about the Popes…many thinking that Pope Benedict XVI would be the last Pope.  But that was not the message at all.  What Our Lady told Conchita was this:  “There will be three more Popes, THEN will come the end of the times as we know them!”  What Our Lady was saying is that after Pope Benedict XVI there would come the end of the “times” ‘as we know them.’  She was not talking about Popes at all, but about the times!  Times are coming that we are not going to be accustomed to!  Our Lady was using the Popes to give us a timeline.  Many of the prophecies that came from Our Lady we thought would be for Pope Benedict XVI!  But as we can see, they are going to be for this present Pope, Francis.  Let me explain by telling you another prophecy that was given at Garabandal!  The Sudden and Unexpected Takeover of Communism!   As we have been reading in the news lately, the Russian Roman Catholics have been to visit Pope Francis and they are very enthusiastic about him coming to Moscow.  Even the Russian Orthodox are willing for him to come to talk about the relationship between the two Churches.  (After, of course, a number of issues between the two Churches have been resolved and agreed upon.) There contains a statement attributed to Conchita in a book called “Garabandal, the Finger of God,” written by Albrecht Weber, a German who was involved with Garabandal since the early years (he is now deceased and buried in Garabandal), which states, “The Pope will go to Russia, to Moscow.  As soon as he returns to the Vatican, hostilities will break out in different parts of Europe.” (Garabandal Journal November/December 2003) On June 19, 1962, in a vision, the girls of Garabandal saw these hostilities and screamed for 50 minutes.  They asked Our Lady what this tribulation was, and Our Lady answered that it was Communism, led by Russia, that would suddenly and unexpectedly take over most of the free world, causing a great tribulation, at which time the Church will seemingly disappear and all the rights of Christians would be taken away, and there could be many Martyrs!  At the height of this tribulation, when all have given up hope, God is going to send a great Warning to the entire world! (Think about what has just come to America without even a shot being fired!!  Communism!)    The Warning   (Know this - the Warning is the ONLY thing that will be able to stop the Great Tribulation of Communism taking over most of the free world…no other nation or person or army will be able to stop it!)   The whole world will experience a ‘Warning,’ a correction of conscience.  St. Faustina wrote about it in her diary, as well as other Saints and holy persons.    And Conchita wrote this:  “The Warning comes directly from God and will be visible to the whole world and from any place where anyone may happen to be.  It will be like the revelation of our sins and it will be seen and felt by everyone, believer and unbeliever alike irrespective of whatever religion he may belong to.  It will be seen and felt in all parts of the world and by every person.”     St. Faustina predicted a day when we would witness Our Lord Crucified in the sky.  Mari-Loli also said something will happen in the sky!  No one can prevent it from happening.  We will even prefer to be dead rather than to pass through this Warning, although it will not kill us.  It will be a “correction” of our conscience.  It will cause great fear and will make us reflect within ourselves on the consequences of our own personal sins.  It will be like a warning of the punishment we would experience afterlife.  In this way the world will be offered a means of purification to prepare itself for the extraordinary grace of the Great Miracle.   Jacinta was told by Our Blessed Mother that, “the warning would come when conditions were at their worst.”  The date was not revealed to the visionaries, however, Mari-Loli does know the year; and she said that the Great Miracle will happen within twelve months following the Warning! (We have learned since this write up that the Great Miracle could be 3 weeks to 3 months after the Warning!)   (It seems to me, dear people, that it would be very prudent to prepare ourselves for this Warning by frequent confessions and the realization that this Warning is a great Mercy of God for all of us to be able to love Him more perfectly!)     The Great Future Miracle   To be more precise about this Great Miracle, I will quote a special edition of the Garabandal Magazine.  It quotes Conchita saying this,   “I am the only one the Blessed Virgin spoke to about the Miracle.  She told me I could not say what it will consist of.  I can’t announce the date either until eight days before it is due to occur.  What I can reveal is that it will coincide with a [very special and happy] event in the Church** and with the feast of a saint, a martyr of the Eucharist; that it will take place at 8:30 on a Thursday evening; that it will be visible to all those who are in the village and surrounding mountains; that the sick who are present will be cured and the incredulous will believe.  It will be the greatest external miracle that Jesus will have performed for the world.  There won’t be the slightest doubt that it comes from God and that it is for the good of mankind....”  [**Conchita has stated that this event in the Church would be a unique event which has never happened since her birth.]   At another time, concerning the great Miracle, she added that,   “It would last about 15 minutes.”    On August 10, 1971, while talking to a group of Americans, she offered this revealing information:    “It will take place on or between the eighth and sixteenth of March, April or May.  It will not happen in February or June.”    The Permanent Sign   Our Lady also revealed to Conchita about a permanent sign that would be left above the Pines after the Miracle that would last until the end of the world! Conchita states:   “A sign of the Miracle, which it will be possible to film and televise, will remain forever at the pines.”   On September 14, 1965, Conchita said:    “The sign which will remain forever at the pines is something we will be able to photograph, televise and see, but not touch.  It will be evident that it is not a thing of this world but from God.”    Eight days in advance of the Miracle Conchita will give notice to the world about its coming.  Prior to the eight-day notice, God will send a Warning to the entire world to purify it for the great Miracle.  So, the world will receive two advance notices – the Warning and the eight-day notice.   Jesus told Conchita in a locution in 1965 that the Warning was to prepare our hearts for the Great Miracle, but that the Great Miracle was to convert the entire world.  Conchita asked Him if that meant Russia also, and Jesus responded with these words, “Yes, the whole world will be converted and will love Our Two Hearts.”   So, after the Miracle, will it be the Era of Peace that everyone is waiting for, prophesied by Our Lady of Fatima?  For a short time, maybe.    The Chastisement   Our Lady showed Conchita, Mari Loli and Jacinta in July of 1962, a vision of the impending Great Chastisement.  The visionaries screamed in terror for three hours upon seeing this vision and begged Our Lady for God to spare the children.  Mari-Loli was talking mainly about her younger brothers who were several years younger than she and Our Lady told her that the Great Chastisement would not happen until the children were adults!  What does this tell us about when the Chastisement will happen?  These children are now in their late 50’s!    The Blessed Virgin told the girls the Chastisement was conditional on whether or not mankind would heed her Messages given during the apparitions.  We see, however, that not only has Her messages not been heeded by mankind, but mankind has become much, much worse!!   The Chastisement is mentioned again only briefly by Conchita when she describes it as something “very, very great, in keeping with what we deserve.  If it should take place, I know what it will consist of because the Blessed Virgin told me about it, but I am not permitted to say what it is.  Moreover, I have seen the Chastisement.  I can assure you that if it comes, it is worse than being enveloped in fire, worse than having fire above and beneath you.  I do not know how much time will elapse between the Miracle and the Chastisement.”    But there is hope!  Our Lady of Garabandal is our hope!  There is always hope when Our Lady is involved in an apparition.  Our hope is in the Warning, the Miracle and the Chastisement.  These things are very necessary to cleanse and purify the world for the coming of an ‘Era of Peace’ of which the world has never experienced before!    The Warning, the Miracle, and the Chastisement will be of such a magnitude that they will be unique in the history of mankind!  So it will be the same with the Era of Peace!  Yes!  There is an immense light at the end of the tunnel – the Light of Christ within all mankind, radiating peace, love and harmony in all the world through those fortunate souls who will live in this Great Era of Peace and this will finally be the culmination of the messages of Garabandal, and the completion of Creation and Redemption because God will have the time with His children for which He has longed for six thousand years and why He created us in the first place!  Living with Him so intimately that everything between Creator and creature will be reciprocal!!   ADDITIONAL STORIES!   1.         Blessed Mother Theresa is the Godmother of one of Conchita’s children.   2.         Through a brother Priest of St. Padre Pio, Conchita received word that St. Pio did see the Miracle before his death and this same Priest brought Conchita St. Pio’s veil that covered his face during his wake.  This gift was at the request of St. Pio.    3.         It was Conchita’s paternal grandfather when he was mayor of Garabandal, who planted the nine pines trees in honor of the nine First Communicants of the village, and with their help.  All the First Communicants processed to the Pines and prayed and sang a poem written by a lady in the village, who just passed away last year.     ADDITIONAL INFORMATION!   There have been some interesting developments in the past several years:   We have learned that Bishop Vilaplana Basco has been reassigned to the Dioceses of Huelva as of July 2006.  Bishop Basco was not a believer in Garabandal.  Please keep this good Bishop in your prayers. Archbishop Osoro Sierra of Oviedo, Spain, is a firm believer in Garabandal and was appointed to be the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Santander (Garabandal’s Diocese) from July 2006 until recently.  A new Bishop has been recently appointed to govern the Diocese of Santander and was installed in September of 2007.  He is Bishop Jimenez Zamora. Archbishop Osoro Sierra had been a Priest in the Diocese of Santander and was Vicar-General at one time.  He was made Bishop of another diocese and later made Archbishop of Oviedo.  While he was acting recently as Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Santander, he made clear his belief in Garabandal in a number of ways. One way was to open the doors to Priests coming to Garabandal to offer Mass and Confessions in an atmosphere of freedom.  And it seems that he gave permission for Priests to speak about Garabandal from the pulpit. Another way was demonstrated when Archbishop Osoro Sierra introduced himself to a well known apostle of Garabandal who was visiting the Cathedral of Oviedo last Good Friday.  Archbishop strongly urged that apostle of Garabandal to continue promoting Garabandal, emphasizing the importance of Garabandal. A third way was his May 2007 letter to a layman in which he expressed in a variety of statements his favor toward Garabandal.  The roads leading from Puentenansa to Cosio and to Garabandal are finished being repaved and significantly widen.  This was another prophecy of Our Lady of Garabandal, and is very important for the upcoming Miracle.   While I was living in Garabandal at the House of Sanctification, an elderly Priest who was a witness in the early days came for a visit and told us a beautiful story I would like to share.  The girls knew that as long as they were praying, Our Lady would not leave them.  So, Conchita told the girls to continue praying even when they were through with the Rosary so Our Lady would not leave.  Our Lady, knowing the thoughts of the girls, when it was time to leave, took off her Crown of Stars and threw it on the ground.  The girls all jumped on it and while they were distracted, Our Lady left!  Just like a mother having to distract the kids so she can leave!  The Crown of Our Lady was like a rainbow, you could see it, but not touch it. __________________________ I would like to list the timeline that Our Lady of Garabandal gave to the girls during her apparitions.   The Great Tribulation (Communism lead by Russia taking over most of the free world) The Warning (The ONLY thing that will stop the Great Tribulation and it will also be preparation for the Great Miracle.) The Great Miracle (Three weeks to three months after the Warning and this will be for the conversion of the entire world) The Great Chastisement (Very soon after the Great Miracle, people will turn their backs on God again and will give Him no choice but to wipe clean the face of the earth, with the exception of the remnant!) † DIVINE WILL SNIPPET (Extracts from the Book of Heaven by Luisa Piccarreta) Compiled by Ann Ellison January 30, 2021 WARNINGS AND PROPHECIES FROM OUR LADY OF GARABANDAL   Dear Divine Will Family,   I promised to send you some information on the Warnings and Prophecies from Our Lady of Garabandal.  In my humble opinion, these are the best prophecies and warnings to give us a peek at where we might be in human history.   I cannot help what other “modern prophets,” say or not say…that is between them and God and has nothing to do with me or what I believe.  You have every right to listen to them, believe them, and follow what they say.  I am not asking you not to believe or follow them.  That is totally your decision.    But I believe in what Our Heavenly Mother reveals, who lives totally, completely, and deeply in the Will of God.  I am not saying others are wrong either!  How would I know??  What I am saying is that I am an avid believer in Our Lady of Garabandal.  I learned about the apparitions back in the early1960s when they were happening.  My mother had a great devotion to St. Padre Pio and learned about Garabandal through this devotion.  Plus, there was even in a small article in our local newspaper, The Montgomery Advertiser!  That is Montgomery, Alabama…a Bible Belt area if ever there was one!  Yet there it was, an article about the apparitions in San Sebastian de Garabandal, Spain…such a tiny little village of only 300 inhabitants and located in an area that was so remote that you had to ride a donkey to reach it back then.    Anyway, I have loved Our Lady of Garabandal ever since.  I was raised in a Catholic School, was a Daughter of Mary, was a member of the Sodality of Our Lady, and I loved my Faith with all my heart growing up.    Then, after my children were grown and I was a widow, Divine Providence brought me to Tom Fahy, who also was devoted to and loved Our Lady of Garabandal.  He was an official promoter of Garabandal for years.  He was also the founder and president of the Luisa Piccarreta Center for the Divine Will.  This Center raised enough money to build a “House of Sanctification” in San Sebastian de Garabandal, opening in June of 2000.  Tom realized that after the Great Miracle of Garabandal when a Permanent Sign will be left above the Pines trees, that millions of people would be coming to this holy place to see the Permanent Sign left by Heaven.  People’s souls will be ripe to learn about Luisa and the Book of Heaven at that time.  (The Pine trees are located above the village where Our Lady told the children that the Great Miracle would happen, and the Permanent Sign would be left) Tom asked me to run the House of Sanctification in Garabandal.  I could not believe this!  I have never done anything to deserve such a favor from God, but Praise His Immense Mercy, God does not look at what we have done or not done!!  He has a plan, and we are all a part of that plan.  He teaches us to just do whatever He asked of us until He lets you know it is time to pass these blessings on to others who can continue the mission.  I was blessed to be there in Garabandal for 20 years.    I have learned so much about the apparitions, which make it easy to be an avid believer in them.  Now let us get to the warnings and prophecies of Our Lady of Garabandal.  There will also be several parts to this email letter!    Part One is to get to know San Sebastian de Garabandal and how the apparitions began.  I want you to know what I know so you can understand why I believe so firmly in these apparitions.  There is proof that they are from God!  Plus, no matter what anyone says, they have never been condemned, ever!!  They have not been given the full approval from the Church, but the Church has opened Garabandal to visitors and Priests, and you are free to believe in these apparitions.   ________________________________   In the years between 1961 and 1965 the Mother of God appeared to four little girls in a small, mountain village in Spain.  She made Herself known as Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and gave many, many personal messages but left us with two formal, public warnings.  The first of these formal warnings made known on October 18th, 1961, states:               “We must make many sacrifices, perform much penance, and visit the Blessed Sacrament frequently.  But first, we must lead good lives.  If we do not, a chastisement will befall us.  The cup is already filling up, and if we do not change, a very great chastisement will come upon us.”   The second warning was received on June 18th, 1965, four short years after the first message, and six months before the end of Vatican II.  Our Lady was so saddened by the second warning that St. Michael was sent to tell the world the following:               “As my message of October 18 has not been complied with and has not been made known to the world, I am advising you that this is the last one.  Before, the cup was filling up.  Now it is flowing over.  Many Cardinals, many Bishops, and many Priests are on the road to perdition and are taking many souls with them.  Less and less importance is being given to the Eucharist.  You should turn the wrath of God away from yourselves by your efforts.  If you ask His forgiveness with sincere hearts, He will pardon you.  I, your Mother, through the intercession of St. Michael the Archangel, ask you to amend your lives.  You are now receiving the last warnings.  I love you very much and do not want your condemnation.  Pray to us with sincerity and we will grant your requests.  You should make more sacrifices.  Think about the Passion of Jesus.”   _________________________________________   The full name of the little pueblo is San Sebastian de Garabandal.  Many people get it confused with the large, coastal city of San Sebastian.  But it is just a small village located in the rugged and beautiful mountains of northern Spain and simply called Garabandal, by everyone except the villagers.  They call the village San Sebastian.  No more than 300 people live there, and it is a quiet and peaceful village.  The villagers have chosen to keep it as un-commercialized as possible.  There are only two religious shops.  The village has no resident Priest, yet Fr. Rolando, who has 7 other Parishes, comes from several miles away every day to celebrate Mass.  Most of the people are devout and love their faith.  The holy Rosary has been prayed in the little village Church every evening for the past 500 years.  This may explain a little the reason for the events which began to unfold in the late afternoon of Sunday, June 18th, 1961.   Four young girls were playing on the outskirts of Garabandal.  They were Conchita Gonzalez, Mari-Loli Mazon, Jacinta Gonzalez and Mari Cruz Gonzalez.  Mari Cruz was eleven and the others girls were twelve.  None were related, but all were from the little pueblo of Garabandal.   Suddenly they heard a loud noise, like thunder, and Conchita fell on her knees, her head snapped backwards.  The other girls were startled and started to run for their mothers, when they found themselves in the same position.  All were seeing a beautiful Angel before them, looking as a young boy, wearing a white gown with rose-colored wings and holding a sign with a message that the girls could not read.  He did not say a word.  For the next several days the Angel appeared to them without speaking, but always carrying the same sign.  Towards the end of June, he finally spoke to the girls and told them that on July 2nd, they would be visited by the Mother of God, which in 1961 was the Feast of the Visitation.  Thus, began the events of over 2000 appearances of Our Lady to this tiny village of northern Spain.    The news spread quickly through the region and on Sunday, July 2nd, the little village was very crowded with all types of people.  At six in the evening the girls went to the place where St. Michael had appeared to them and in an instant the girls were in ecstasy.  Our Lady appeared to them accompanied by an Angel on either side of Her. One being St. Michael, the other Angel was unknown.  It was during this first visit that Our Lady told the girls what the sign said that St. Michael was holding.  It was Our Lady’s first public message, but the girls were not allowed to reveal the message until October 18th.  Conchita described the Blessed Mother as follows:   Our Lady “……was dressed in a white robe with a blue mantle and a crown of golden stars.  Her hands are slender.  There was a brown scapular on her right arm.  Her hair, a deep nut-brown color, is parted in the middle.  Her face is long, with a fine nose.  Her mouth is very pretty....  She looks like a girl of eighteen.  She is tall.  There is no voice like hers.  No woman is just like her, either in the voice or the face or anything else.”   At times the girls could see the wind rustling her waist-length hair.  The girls spoke to her with complete naturalness telling her about their everyday happenings and of the duties that they had accomplished.  She would smile at them and she showed great interest in every detail of their day.  Her maternal attitude gave them great confidence to speak to her in the same manner as they spoke to their earthly mothers.    In 1961 and 62, Our Lady appeared many times each week, at different times of the day and night.  When the girls were awake during the night for apparitions, sometimes lasting several hours, they could still easily get up the next morning, go to school and attend to their duties without showing any signs of fatigue.   During the apparitions, many things happened that were extraordinary.  The girls levitated, had ‘ecstatic falls’ in which the girls fell together in ecstasy forming beautiful sculpture-like figures, always in a modest manner.  Allow me to list several other external wonders which happened during these apparitions!   1.         When an apparition occurred, the girls would fall instantaneously on their knees, striking the sharp rocks, making cracking sounds.  People within hearing distance would wince with the imaginary pain they thought the girls were experiencing, yet the girls were never injured.  Their heads would snap back to a position which looked impossible to hold for any length of time and yet they stayed in these positions for hours.  One doctor said it seemed very difficult to him for the girls to be able to breathe with their heads tilted-back so far, especially Conchita.    2.         The girls said they knew when the Virgin was going to appear to them because they received three interior feelings which were referred to as the ‘Three calls of Joy.’  These feelings, or calls, would become stronger the closer the time came for the apparition.  No matter where the girls were, if they were together or apart, each knew exactly where to go and the time to meet for the apparition.  Many times they were seen running from different parts of the village and coming all together they would go into ecstasy.  Their look became extraordinarily beautiful, sweet, and profoundly mystical.  Their whole demeanor would change in an instant, and their faces seemed to glow with love and joy.  At the end of the ecstasies, they never showed any signs of excitement or nervousness, but only deep profound peace and joy.    3.         In a 1980 interview with BBC, Conchita said that Our Lady would come to them in a light so bright that it would eclipse everything else around them and they could not see anything other than Our Lady and the light.  They would become so completely absorbed in their vision that they did not react to pricks, burns, or blows.  Powerful beams of light were focused on their faces, yet their eyes did not even flicker, blink or show any signs of discomfort.  In fact, their eyes remained wide open, expressing a look of intense joy.   4.         Weather had no effect on the girls during their ecstasies.  There were times they were even barefoot in the snow for hours, with no pain or damage to their limbs.    5.         There were times when people would give the girls various sacramentals, such as Missals, Bibles, Rosaries, Medals, wedding rings, etc., for our Lady to kiss.  During the ecstasy, Our Lady would kiss these objects and then guide the girls to the rightful owners, sometimes through thick crowds.  Most of these objects belonged to people the girls had never met, and some people who were skeptical would try to trick the girls by giving them their sacramentals through a friend.  These objects kissed by Our Lady have brought special favors to many owners, occasionally emitting a scent of Roses.  Our Lady told Conchita that her Son would work miracles and prodigies through these kissed objects.  Also, those who carried or wore them with faith and confidence would suffer their purgatory on earth.   6.         Each girl always carried a crucifix in her hand kissed by Our Lady and the Blessed Mother would direct them to extend it for observers to kiss, blessing them with it at the same time.  Sometimes when just seeing the girls approaching them with the Crucifix visitors experienced such a tremendous spiritual awakening, that it produced a profound interior emotion in them.    7.         Soon after the apparitions started, the ecstatic walks began.  The girls went throughout the entire village – up and down stairways, in and out of homes, at all hours of the day and night, avoiding obstacles without faltering, guided solely by the vision.  They ran at great speeds down steep and rugged terrain, even running backwards, and running so fast that it was impossible for the people to keep up with them.  Their bodies did not seem to be subject to the laws of gravity but had a beautiful and awe-inspiring spiritual agility.  The four girls were seen by many as they walked over a bridge arm in arm that was only wide enough for two. The other two girls walked across on air.    _________________________   What I have just described are some of the external manifestations that were witnessed during the many apparitions of Our Lady at Garbandal.  These sights were incredible to behold, much less to try to comprehend for the thousands of witnesses who came to see and experience what was going on in this tiny, mountain village!  Our Lady told Conchita that God allowed these manifestations because it was so important for the Church to get involved in what She had come to tell the world!  As much as we enjoy the sensational external miracles, the most important aspect of any apparition is what happens in our souls!  The exterior is only to get our attention.  It is the interior fruits that will help us understand if it is from God or not!  It is the interior (our souls), not the exterior, that will bear holy fruit from a true apparition!   So, with this in mind, I would like to discuss an aspect of the apparitions of Garabandal to which no one, not even the Church can deny it is from God, and this phenomenon is called the ‘Reading of Hearts’!  Allow me to quote from the Garabandal Journal, a magazine published by Barry Hanratty, dated November/December 2003.    “Of all 19 types of mystical phenomena listed in the Catholic Encyclopedia, ranging from ‘apparitions’ to ‘bodily incorruptibility,’ there is only one that is exempt from the possibility of either diabolic activity or natural occult powers and that is the ‘Reading of Hearts’, or some call it the ‘Reading of Souls.’    “The clear definition of this gift is as follows:  ‘It is the knowledge of the secret thoughts of others or of their internal state without communication.’  The certain knowledge of the secret thoughts of others is truly supernatural since the devil has no access to the spiritual faculties of men and no human being can know the mind of another unless it is in some way communicated.”                                                                 (Catholic Encyclopedia, Vol. 7, pp 173-179)   Maximo Forschler, of Germany, was a dear friend of the Andreu family.  The Andreu family held a very prominent place in God’s plan during the apparitions of Garabandal.  (We will speak about them later.)  Maximo, an engineer and a devout Protestant, came to Garabandal only because of the influence of the Andreu family.  He had made several visits there, but it was from the reading of his soul on this particular day in Garabandal that he found the true Faith.  I will quote him on his experience.   “One day, after Mari-Loli had come out of ecstasy, she called me aside and told me what the Blessed Virgin had said about me.  She told me about my life, what I had done, and what had happened to me from my early youth until the present date.  Absolutely no one in the village could have known all those details (not even my wife!), and many of them I was able to recall after hearing them from the girl.  In spite of the timidity that the girls had and though they were only 12 years of age at the time, Mari-Loli talked a long time to me with the greatest naturalness.”    From this experience Maximo became a very devout Catholic!   ________________________   Then there is the story of a young woman from South America who was an Atheist, and an exotic dancer in Paris.  She was estranged from her family because of her beliefs and behavior.  She told Dr. Ricardo Puncerneau, a much respected, internationally known Neuropsychiatrist that she had come to the village purely out of curiosity that she didn’t believe at all.  She had met the good Doctor that evening in Ceferino’s tavern.  Ceferino is the father of Mari-Loli.  They walked outside to watch the girls in ecstasy praying the Rosary.  They were leaning up against the wall and was hidden in the shadows.  Suddenly Conchita broke away from the other girls and rushing, came over and with great strength put the Crucifix up to the young woman’s lips three times for her to kiss.  Conchita then went back to the other girls, still in ecstasy.  When Dr. Ricardo turned to the young women, she was crying uncontrollably.  He took her over to a bench for her to sit and calm down.  She related to the Doctor, and to a crowd that had gathered, that she had mentally thought,   “If it is true that the Virgin is appearing, then let one of the girls come and give me a sign.  Hardly had I thought this when Conchita came running toward me to give me the crucifix to kiss.  I didn’t want to kiss it, and I held her hand back.  But with exceptional strength she forced the crucifix against my lips and I had no other choice but to kiss it once, twice, and a third time.”   She continued, “I, the unbeliever, the atheist, who believed in nothing.  This shook me intensely.”                             Later when Dr. Ricardo saw this young women on a train going to Bilbao, she told him she was going back to South America to unite with her family!   A statement was made by the girls that “The Virgin likes Priests, and also people without faith, to come.”  It seems to me that this statement was made by Our Lady because communicating to the girls the hearts of Priests and people without faith, many conversions occurred, and hearts were changed.  Many, many vocations were saved and realized through the reading of hearts!     We love you all so much and keep each of you in our daily prayers.  Please keep us in yours.  May God reveal to you the truth about Garabandal and where we are in human history through this information about Our Lady of Garabandal! A Couple of Tidbits

Dear Divine Will Family,
I have been asked by several people to please give a definitive timeline for the Garabandal prophecies, which will be easy to read and understand.  So, I will include that in this Tidbit that I am sending out!

The Timeline for the Garabandal prophecies:

1st.  Great Tribulation. (18 months to 3 years) (Which it seems we are on the cusp of at this time, but only God knows for sure)  Read Chapter 24 of Matthew!

2nd.  Warning. (The ONLY thing that can stop the Great Tribulation) (That’s where Conchita said there would be a sign in the sky right before and during the Warning!  St Faustian also saw the sign.  We all will see it at that time)

3rd.  Great Miracle ( 3 weeks to 3 months after the Warning

4th.  Short time of Peace (This is not the 1000 years of the Kingdom) Could last possibly 10-15 years??

5th.  The Great Chastisement  (the rain of fire from Heaven)  The New Heavens and the New Earth will be established after this time!

6th.  The Kingdom of God is established on earth as in Heaven!!!   Yea!!!

As I have said in the past, I trust Our Lady's messages above any other.  Our Lady lives in the Holy Trinity; She sees all that going to happen.  She knows the present, the future and the past!  She knows if something is going to be mitigated, eliminated, or diminished because of our prayer and sacrifices.  She would have told us, as She did for the Great Chastisement, that is could be lessen by our prayers and sacrifices, but by the end of the 5 years She came to Garabandal, the Cup of God's Justice was overflowing and the Great Chastisement could not be lessen anymore! 

She is the one who had to send St. Michael to give the last message at Garabandal because it was so horrible, She could not give it.  "Many Priests, Bishops and Cardinals are on the road to perdition and taking many souls with them!"  How was that possible back in the early 60s, but how plainly you can see it now!  I trust Our Lady's messages profoundly and immensely!  But, that is just me!  You are free not to believe and that is up to you. 

I do pray this helps some souls out there who are wondering what is coming and when it is coming.  Nothing in the Great Tribulation is going to be fun!  It is the period where the Church will seemly disappear and many, many souls will suffer martyrdom!   Priests and Christians will have to go under ground.  It will be a very devastating time!  

Now if the right person does not get re-elected this November, just know that this period will not be long in coming....and who knows, it may come anyway if the democrats have their way.  Only God knows for sure any of these things.  And may His Will alone be done always and forever!  There are very beautiful and wonderful fiats coming to give to God for His Kingdom to come!  It is very important now to just abandon ourselves to God's Divine Providence, and pray, pray, pray!!  Join the 54 Day Rosary Novena for the elections this year.  It doesn't really matter when you join or begin, just do it!!  27 days of petitions for the good of our country, and 27 days of thanksgiving for Heaven answering our petitions!  

If you think about it, we have been praying for this time to come for years and years!!  Now that it is here, many are acting like they are surprised or confused.  Just know through your acts in the Divine Will and your love of God, His Kingdom will come upon the earth in all souls, and that is all that matters....He will take care of all the rest, especially you and your family!  Trust, and confidence in God, All-powerful and Almighty God!!  Nothing CAN happen to you without Him allowing it, and if He is allowing it, then it is what is best for your soul!  Fiat always!  An incredible Heaven is awaiting you; Life in and with the Most Holy Trinity for all Eternity....what could be better than that??

Dear Divine Will Family,
I received this message from David Russell, the Director of the Foreign Assets for the Center for the Divine Will.  He and his wife, Gloria, will be running the House of Sanctification.  His information is below this email!  This is a very important film for everyone to see.
Our Lady of Garabandal appeared over 2000 times in this tiny mountain village and gave us step by step what the future holds for all mankind.  She appeared from 1961 - 1965 to four young girls, 11- 12 years old.  The village was so remote back then that the only way to the village was by way of a donkey.  It is also believed that Our Lady of Garabandal gave us the Third Secret of Fatima.  It is better known now, but few knew eariler that back during the Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, Our Lady appeared to the children dressed in the brown of Our Lady of Carmel, holding the baby, Jesus, and said to the children, "So long until San Sebastian."  That is documented in a early book written about Fatima, I believe in 1934.
In the letter from Lucia dictated by Our lady to the Pope at the time, Pope John XXIII, it said to open and make known the contents in 1960.  When the Pope open and read the letter, he thought it better not to tell the people.  So, Our Lady came to San Sebastian de Garabandal in 1961, and, we believe, told the Third Secret then.  San Sebastian is the name of the tiny village, but Garabandal describes where it is located.
We have a booklet called, "Truths About the Events and Prophecies of Garabandal."  There's tons of information in it that explains the events and how we know from the Catholic Encyclopedia, that the events were supernatural and true!  Just call Kathy at 423-566-5178, or go on our website, comingofthekingdom.org, and you can get the booklet for a small donation.
Anyway, please don't miss seeing the new movie on this very important event. Our Lady, who knows God's plans for our future and wants us to know it as well, and understand it!  Get the booklet and you will know, too!
We love you all very much and we only want you to understand what is coming and to prepare yourselves for whatever God has planned for us.  Mark Mallett and Daniel O'Connor are doing a great job explaining the seals, but combined with the messages and prophecies of Our Lady of Garabandal, we can understand a lot more about the future!

This past June 18, the original Spanish version of the documentary premiered and in less than two weeks it has already been seen by over 500,000 viewers.

For the documentary, Mater Spei AIE interviewed a select group of experts and eyewitnesses of the apparitions.  We especially recognize the contribution of Father José Luis Saavedra, author of the first doctoral thesis on Garabandal, who in the documentary Garabandal, Unstoppable Waterfall affirms unequivocally that “the apparitions were not studied at any moment.”

This statement is not to be taken lightly. It is the conclusion reached after a rigorous investigation seeking the truth about what really happened at Garabandal, an investigation that has produced this documentary. If Garabandal, Only God Knows demonstrated that the first episcopal commission did not carry out an authentic study of Garabandal, this new production offers unpublished and surprising facts about the second commission, thus proving that the apparitions of the Virgin in Garabandal have yet to be studied. That is why Father Saavedra is able to affirm that “over fifty years after the apparitions, Garabandal still awaits a response.  We have a right to know what happened there.”

In 1992, Cardinal Ratzinger, then Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, suggested to the Diocese of Santander that the case be left open via a non constat ruling. Rome did not find sufficient arguments to pronounce a definitive judgment.  Given the difficulty found in studying the apparitions, often hindered by so many obstacles, no further solution has been put forward.  Since then, the apparitions were left open to the interpretation of the faithful under the guidance of the sensus fidelium.  That is why the attitude of the faithful may be fundamental in reaching a favorable judgment from the Church.

What is true is that Garabandal continues to have a very important message for all of us.  Despite our reluctance and all the difficulties, Our Mother continues to pour out her blessings in Garabandal because she has committed herself to us in Garabandal in this crucial hour.
